In 1992, starting in New Zealand and traveling west, Linda Naughton traveled solo around the world with cameras in hand videoing chefs and cooking schools teaching their indigenous cuisines. Now, these chefs and professionals are ambassadors to their country. This site is a tribute to those professionals with vintage cooking video recipes plus chefs in the US who weren’t included in the original project.
